Responsibilities
- Remain contactable on a 24-hour basis through the mobile phone when contacted by Client, tenants and other relevant parties.
- Attend to emergencies and matters when directed by the Client at all times during and after the office operating hours with all relevant costs deemed to be included in the Contract Rates.
- Comply with all relevant statutory requirements (e.g. Employment Act, etc.).
- Overall management, monitoring and supervision of the operations, maintenance, and repair of all Building and Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services within the Premise. The Service Provider shall work with Client’s representatives to support its effort in carrying out its day-to-day business with no or mínimal disruption to its operations.
- We shall manage the inventories and procure suitable stock and quantities of such consumables for use. A proper system is expected to track and manage the inventories to ensure the stocks are timely replenished.
- Submission of Report(s) within stipulated timeline
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Building Management or equivalent from a recognized Institute with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in building management service;
- Diploma in Building Management or equivalent from a recognized Institute with minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in building management service.
- Recognised Diploma or above from a recognised tertiary establishment, relevant Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certificate recognised by SCDF.
