Provide administrative support to Project team;
- Assist to coordinate with vendors/sub-contractors;
- Handle daily procurement operation tasks;
- Assist with sourcing and selecting suppliers at the best costs, qualities, and services;
- Assist with negotiation and planning of delivery schedule in all purchasing matters;
- Assist to develop and maintain suppliers and alternate sources;
- Assist with preparation of PO, proper recording of contract/project documentation (Work order, Delivery order, Invoices);
- Administrative tasks, matching of invoices, PO, DO and quotation for processing;
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing;
- Ensure compliance to company procurement policies and procedures;
- Ensure proper maintenance of documentation update and filing for Purchasing Department according to ISO standard and guidelines;
- Assist to prepare monthly progress claims and clients’ payment certificates for management approval;
- Follow-up of claims approval;
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

**Job Requirements**
- Required language(s): Chinese, English (To be able to liaise with Chinese Associates).
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Organizational Skill, Coordination Skill, Negotiation Skill.
