The Finance Executive will assist in providing financial and administrative support to colleagues and stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately recording all financial transactions
- Full set bookkeeping including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Preparing detailed General Ledgers, P&L and Balance Sheets
- Processing all invoices and bills and following up for payments
- Reconciling bank statements
- Assist in producing financial forecasts
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets
- Participating in financial audits
- Assisting with the implementation of financial policies
- Any other Accounting-related matters as needed
- Provide administrative assistance and coverage when required
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Accountancy/Business/Finance and up to two (2) years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates can also apply
- Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
- Time-management and organization skills
