Owns technical track feeding into Program plan, works closely with technical team
- Works closely with program manager, and other project managers
- Owns the overall solution blue-print and overall technology fitment success
- Coordinates closely with all technical and functional tracks
- Owns the high data-volume cloud strategy and approach
- Primary liaison between Salesforce platform architects and RMG business SMEs
- Owns integration and data strategy success
- Reviews and co-owns all data migration and integration specs
- Reference Architecture deliverable (continuous adjustments)
- Delivers final development technical specs
- Object Model
- Global Security Framework
Scoping out projects by gathering requirements from client stakeholders
Creating Salesforce solutions off the back of user stories
Utilising Salesforce declarative functionality to build solutions, and working with Developers when requirements go beyond point-and-click functionality
Performing demo’s of the Salesforce build to gather feedback
Overseeing UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
Documenting the Salesforce build
Training users & super users

MUST HAVE
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM. Ability to understand needs of end users, workflow of business and translate to Salesforce CRM system requirement specifications. Recommend appropriate value adding solutions. Contribute to development of functional strategy

GOOD TO HAVE
Excellent Communication and presentation skills Ability to work with stakeholders of all levels
