PARIMA is looking for a proactive and resourceful individual who would like to expose themselves to the risk industry, learn about new macro trends in a start-up environment. The individual we are looking for should have 1-2 years of marketing and/or communications experience, is proactive and open to learning. Ideally, you should have some marketing-related experience

**Responsibilities**
- Support overall communication and membership engagement needs
- Conceptualise and contribute to campaigns to support marketing and engagement objectives
- Coordinate with the team and execute marketing activities related to promotions/exhibitions/seminars and delivery of marketing collateral
- Assist in the management of flagship conference related promotions and logístical review
- Support with 3rd party vendors to ensure delivery and quality outputs
- Review content for video, print, website, digital, social media and other marketing collateral and other communication materials. This involves copywriting and proofreading
- Enhance partnership and sponsorship relationships with new and existing partners
- Develop and execute internal projects and programmes across Asia Pacific by handling the program administration, marketing, communication, website management and logístical details
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro is an added bonus but not necessary

**Qualifications**
- Diploma/Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing or Journalism
- Looking for someone who is willing to learn in a fast changing industry and make a difference at an industry wide level
- Ability to engage senior leaders and stakeholders on topics and issues
- Proactive with initiative to follow up on outstanding tasks
- Self-motivated, responsible and sociable(as there will be networking involved)
- Ability to work under independently and under pressure
- Travelling for work as required
