The goal of the National University Cancer Institute, Singapore (NCIS) is to provide comprehensive yet personalised care for each and every patient incorporating cancer awareness, prevention, diagnosis and treatment. With the patient being the focus of all our programmes, sound medical knowledge and advanced technology are combined with the human touch of specialist doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals in innovative ways to fight cancer together. Most of our clinicians have dual roles: serving as NCIS doctors or surgeons while lecturing at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. This has enabled them to be attuned to the latest medical developments while their involvement in cutting-edge research brings new cures and treatments to benefit NCIS patients.

As a Clinical Associate / Resident Physician, you will be part of the care team led by Senior Consultants / Consultants in the day-to-day running of the haematology and oncology inpatient wards at the National University Hospital, Singapore (NUH). You will be required to provide coverage for week-ends/public holidays as per departmental roster and take on additional duties and responsibilities such as clinical audits and quality improvement projects. Involvement in research projects and education of juniors is actively encouraged. You shall demonstrate good diagnostic and clinical management acumen and perform any other duties as directed by Head of Department or the Chairman Medical Board of the Hospital.

**Job Requirements**:

- Basic medical degree from an accredited medical university or medical school
- Postgraduate qualifications in internal medicine such as MRCP or equivalent, preferred
- Must be registered or registrable with the Singapore Medical Council
