**Traffic Controller (Full-Time)**

LBT Global Logistics is a local SME specializing in land transportation services, including FCL trucking, LCL trucking, and project cargo. With our own fleet of prime movers, chassis, and specialized equipment, we pride ourselves on delivering reliable and efficient logistics solutions.

Job Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule daily trucking operations (FCL/LCL/project cargo)
- Dispatch drivers and assign vehicles based on job requirements
- Monitor and track drivers’ movements to ensure timely deliveries and collections
- Liaise with customers, drivers, and port authorities (PSA/Jurong Port) for smooth operations
- Handle any operational issues, delays, or emergencies in a proactive manner
- Maintain accurate records of trips, delivery status, and fleet utilization
- Support operations team in day-to-day logistics coordination

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in logistics / trucking coordination preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
- Familiar with PSA, Jurong Port, and local delivery routes is an advantage
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / WhatsApp communication / scheduling systems)
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred (to liaise with drivers)

Working Hours
- 6 days work week
- Monday to Friday: 8.00am - 6.00pm
- Saturday: 8.00am - 1.00pm
