**Job Title**: Technician (Water Purifier)

**Location**: Singapore
**Working Hours**: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM, 6 days a week (Off days on weekdays)
**Uniform & Tools Provided**
**Carpark and ERP Fees Claimable**
**14 Days Annual Leave**
**Transport Fee Provided (for own bike)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Install and commission water dispensers (hot/cold/purified) at homes and workplaces
- Conduct scheduled maintenance, filter replacements, and functional checks
- Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues and perform repairs as needed
- Provide basic product training and care instructions to clients
- Keep clear records of jobs completed (via service reports)
- Coordinate with Operations team for parts, deliveries, and installations
- Uphold Happie SG’s quality and customer service standards at all times
- Ensure all work is done in compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

**Job Requirements**:

- Must have a valid **Class 3 license,**van will be provided.
- Able to communicate **basic English** and write clear reports in **English** on service sheets.
- Previous **plumbing and electrical experience** is a plus.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and high-quality work.
- Able to commit to working weekends, with off days on weekdays.
- Physically fit to carry out manual work and operate relevant tools.
- Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
