Junior Trader

**About the Role**:
The role is a new position of Tsingshan’s overseas Group based in Singapore which will focus on commodities sales & trading and business development.
- Develop deep understanding of the markets for various commodities, support the research and development of sales and trading strategy.
- Work with Sales & Trading head to engage the biggest market players to optimize the value of the products.
- Cross department coordination within the group to facilitate sales related activities.
- Once brought up to speed, maintain a portfolio of clients with the sales & trading team or independently.
- Adhere to group rules, regulations, policies and legislation.

**About You**:

- Fresh graduates or professionals with 1-2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering, IT or science from a top university
- Solid analytic and communication skills which can be translated to delivery of values.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin are needed due to frequent dealing with Chinese clients.
- Self-motivation to learn about different products and markets while having a strong will to develop a special expertise.
- Reliable and trustworthy teammate who takes ownership in tasks.
- Efficient and organized in execution of tasks.
- Prior trading, mining and resources industry experience is highly desirable.
**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
