**Retail Manager | **Jewellery
- Retail Manager is instrumental in bringing growth to the business and has a significant influence in motivating and sustaining team spirit among the team. _
- Responsible entirely of the store/market business achievement, including sales management, staff management, product/inventory management, store operations as well as customer relationship management. Lead and ensuring retail team excel and achieve sales objectives and daily operations in an efficient way, up-keeping of the high standards of in-store experience and client service.**Responsibilities**:
**1. Operations and Boutique Management**
- Responsible for the direct supervision to ensure smooth daily operations and effectiveness manpower planning and sales/objectives achievement.
- Analysis of sales performance and propose action plans to achieve key performance objectives.
- Responsible for upholding excellent customer service standards, including store environment, visual merchandising displays and sales/product presentation process.
- To facilitate all marketing, events and promotional activities.
- Execution of all visual presentation plans.
- Ensure operational and security procedures (inventory, POS, compliance, etc) are strictly adhered for the effectiveness of daily operations compliances.
- Enforce compliance with policies and procedures.

**2. Business Planning and Development**
- Inventory and store merchandise mix planning with the aim to achieve sales objectives.
- Monitoring and analysis of sales performance and propose action plans to achieve key performance objectives.
- Client acquisition and retention, leading retail team to acquire new clients and maintain/build customer relationship with existing clients.
- Improve operating process, best practice sharing and knowledge transfer to deliver a highly dedicated retail sales team.
- Maintain awareness of market trends and monitor local competitors’ activities.

**3. Team/People Management**
- Recruit, groom, mentor and motivate retail team towards corporate strategic and operational objectives.
- Lead and motivate retail team to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and plan sales team training needs and requirements.
- Conduct regular training for retail team.
- Clearly communicate and disseminate corporate objectives, action plan and necessary information to the retail team for proper execution.

**Requirements**:

- This role is highly relationship-driven and requires a responsive, consultative and eye-for-details professional with proven experience of building successful stakeholder relationships. _
- Demonstrate experience in managing, motivating and driving the achievement of corporate objectives. _
- Managerial experience in luxury industry (jewellery segment is highly preferred).
- Result-oriented leadership with positive attitude and “can-do” mindset.
- Entrepreneur thinking and self-motivated.
- Hands-on and detailed.
- Passion in service and enthusiasm to inspire a team with high level of professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with ability to cultivate good relations with staff and clients.
- Strong team management skill to foster collaborative work environment through effective communications.
- Good understanding of local jewellery market/industry.
