**Scope**:
**Job Summary**:
CooperVision has outlined a clear strategy to grow in APAC to become a $1bn business by 2027. Reporting to the APAC Commercial Data Lead, this role will ensure integrity of the customer data assets post OneVision (ERP integration) deployment. Cooper Vision’s data structures and systems are more integrated than at any time before and expertise in Oracle Trading Community Architecture (TCA) is required at a regional level to support markets through data maintenance activity.

- Mandatory language skill - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Reading and written communication in Japanese.
- Good-to-have language skill - Reading and written Korean and Chinese

**Experience**:

- Prior experience/expertise with Customer Master data, Oracle EBS, Salesforce (SFDC).
- Experience of data maintenance and analysis in MDM technology (preferably Oracle)
- Good-to-have experience in Tableau and data governance tool (e.g., Collibra) to maintain report catalog.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology related discipline preferred.

InternalResponsibilitiesStr

**Primary Functions & Accountabilities (80%)**:

- Playing a focal role for up to 8 APAC markets to provide country customer master data (CDM) maintenance supports in accordance with global CDM design principle. (e.g., data to enrich existing customer attributes, managing inactive records, movements of customers to new customer models)
- Working with In-market Data Steward to ensure that new customer set-up follows SOP for golden and non-golden data (e.g., creation of an account and account relationships, establishing account bill to / ship to relationship.)
- Working with the global team to develop and evolve customer data management including identification of new customer data frameworks that accurately represents the way CooperVision engages with its customers.
- Ensuring data ServiceNow ticket Service Level Agreements (SLAs) of 24 hours are adhered to.
- Additional accountabilities: maintaining contact data in Salesforce CRM, Customer/Finance data for non-golden set up relating to products and pricing.

**Secondary Functions & Accountabilities (20%)**:

- Commercial report maintenance: Maintain Sales BI data maintenance on Tableau (e.g., revised target data upload, market share data and NPS data ingestion, etc.).
- Continuously monitoring adoption of Sales BI dashboard from end users, and document area for improvement for continuous improvement.

Travel: This role can be based in Singapore or anywhere in Asia Pacific and travel will be required depending on the needs of the project or depending on the needs of the Commercial Operations & Strategy function.
