**Our Client
I am representing a leading **FinTech company specializing in payments and digital services **. They are also a prominent e-commerce company offering a wide range of financial services, such as Digital Wallet, Money Transfer, Online Shopping, Mobile Payment, etc. Currently, they are looking for a VP, Finance (based in Singapore). **This person be required to provide high-quality financial analysis and commentary for monthly and quarterly performance review and rolling forecasts, to support senior management making decisions on key business development opportunities **.
- Business partner role: to work collaboratively with the different Business Units to address their business goals, initiatives, and projects, including but not limited to operation improvement, ROI evaluation, project modeling, contract review, risk management and exception handling
- Business analysis role: Provide high-quality financial analysis and commentary for monthly and quarterly performance review and rolling forecasts, to support senior management making decisions on key business development opportunities
- Support budgeting and performance appraisal process: work closely with business team, FPA, and SSC for financial planning, budgeting and operation matters across all operation regions
- Continuous improvement: continuously seeking opportunities to systematic solution and implement to improve operation efficient, data accuracy and promptness. Proactively involved product/tech team to streamline demand and implementation plan
- Get hands-on and influence others in resolving issues and exploiting new opportunities as they arise

Support any other ad-hoc projects

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field or equivalent required
- Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus
- **Minimum 10 years’ working experience in a senior finance role**:

- Demonstrated ability to translate strong technical capabilities into commercial judgement, and to work independently and self-motivated in a fast paced and rapidly-changing environment where new business initiatives are frequently introduced
- Knowledge of e-payment, e-commerce and financial services is a plus.
- Be comfortable with large volumes of complex data and presenting findings to management. Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload Curiosity in continuous learning, and strong inter-person skills with the ability to interact with multi-functional teams to drive the discussion, alignment, and actions
