We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as **AVP, Collateral Management - Hybrid**(Internal Job Title: Cash and Trade Proc Sr Analyst - **C12**) based in **Changi, Singapore**. **In this role, you’re expected to**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert input for deliverables from internal and external clients and vendors
- Contribute to special projects and provide feedback for all project related activities as directed
- Contribute to the development of new techniques and processes within Collateral Management as well as the wider organization
- Develop and recommend strategic decisions based off in-depth comprehension of how the team interacts with others business unites in accomplishing objectives
- Influence decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating others in area
- Evaluate moderately complex issues with substantial potential impact
- Provide informal guidance or on-the-job-training to new team members
- Focus on automation/AI/simplify
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
- 5-8 years of experience in a related role to collateral management operations and management
- Effective verbal and written skills
- Effective communication and analytical skills
