**Client**: MNC, A1 Main Contractor.
- **Location**: Singapore, Central Area
- **Salary**: SGD 12K, Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.
- **Remuneration**: 17 days annual leave with Year-end bonus + VB based on performance.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board
- Experienced in Marine/Civil Design work.
- Min 15 years of experience in related design and engineering fields.
- At least 12 years experience in the design of civil and structures of large-scale projects (S$100mil)
- Singapore’s work experience is an advantage.
- Must know Auto-CAD, MS Excel, and Word.
- Knowledge of SAP2000 and other design software is desirable.
- Understand international and domestic standards for design work (e.g. British standard, Singapore standard and another off-shore design standard, etc)
- Experience in marine structure D&B plant projects is an advantage.
- Experience in overseas ODA projects is an advantage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design team to achieve the following targets for civil engineering, Geotechnical engineering, and infrastructural design works.
- Guide consultant and review their design to ensure the design adequacy and meet the relevant requirements and the project’s preference.
- Present /clarify the design results to the client and other stakeholders and obtain their consensus.
- Optimize the design to reduce cost and construction schedule effectively.
- Complete all design works including necessary approvals without adversary affecting the tender/construction schedule.
- Coordinate with the construction team to ensure the feasibility and constructability of the designed scheme.
- To train and enhance the capabilities of design engineers.
- To collect information on future projects.
- To act as a team member of the “productivity enhancement team” which is expected to enhance/improve site productivity.
