Location: CBD
**Responsibilities**
- Bringing guests/interviewees into the interview room and serve drinks to them
- Get quotations, track office supplies and place orders such as computers/laptops, stationery, pantry snacks & drinks
- Ensure Office cleanliness/tidiness
- wires & chair, drinks in meeting
- Coordinate & organise events such as yearly dinner & dance, CNY hamper purchases, Mid-autumn purchases, meals ordering
- Claim checking, submission, update records such as petty cash on Dingtalk system
- Check for quotes and arrange for courier/postage services.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
