**ExxonMobil in Singapore**

ExxonMobil is one of Singapore’s largest foreign manufacturing investors with over S$25 billion in fixed asset investments.

We have manufacturing facilities that include an integrated world-scale refining and petrochemical complex in Jurong and Jurong Island, a network of service stations under the Esso brand, operate a lubricant plant and are a supplier of cylinder cooking gas. ExxonMobil provides customers and commercial markets in the region with ground transportation, industrial, aviation and marine fuels, lubricants, petrochemicals and liquefied natural gas (LNG).

As Singapore serves as the AP hub for some of our businesses, we employ about 3,500 people across positions in operations, projects, commercial, corporate support functions and others.

ExxonMobil also contributes to community programs in Singapore that support the arts, education, health and the environment.

**What you will do**
- Lead and/or facilitate project cost estimation and schedule development through the different stages of the project from planning to execution and implementation phases.
- As part of cost estimation and schedule development, facilitate workshops, work across business and project teams, and incorporate benchmarking feedback into project basis.
- Steward appropriated cost and schedule from early stages through execution and start-up including Owner’s Cost for assigned projects
- Provide monthly status / progress reports and/or forecast updates for assigned projects in coordination with project team input
- Track progress on aggressive cost and schedule targets, analyze Opportunities & Vulnerabilities (O&V) areas; recommend corrective actions to project team
- Track and assess key performance measurements (e.g. cost & schedule tracking, progress measurement, productivity, wage rate)
- Provide schedule and cost inputs into contract strategy development, contract administration and implementation
- Lead end project benchmarking activities / feedback and support reappraisals and actual project cost data feedback
- Support the annual Capex and Opex corporate planning exercise and provide updates throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with business controls and administrative policies including support for the project closeout process (as applicable)
- Provide and support business unit/function with market analysis data, innovative data management solutions and final project benchmarking data

**About you**

**Skills and Qualifications**
- An Engineering degree from a recognized university
- Active in extracurricular activities that showcase strong organizational, coordination, planning, and interface skills
- Ability to articulate technical issues to a non-technical audience
- Good command of English both written and spoken
- Ability to work well with others in a fast-changing environment
- Project management certification or relevant work / internship experience
