The Visa Internship Program is the biggest step you can take to joining our Revolution of Payments Innovation. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
**Qualifications**
**So, what are we looking for in a Software Engineering Intern?**

- **Permanent authorization to work in Singapore is a precondition of employment**as Visa will not sponsor applicants for work visas in connection with this program
- Penultimate year undergraduate students **graduating between December 2026 - May 2027**
- Able to work **full-time for 12 weeks** between May 2026 and August 2026.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computing, Information Systems, or a related field

- HTML, CSS, Responsive Design, Accessibility, Objective C, and/or Android SDK
- Training/knowledge about at least one programming language or technology (e.g. Java, C++, C, Python, JavaScript, React, SQL) is preferred
- Familiarity with software development methodology that is used to structure, plan, and control the process of software development
- Experience with user research and user centered design.
- Experience with usability (e.g., as a tester, analyst, or developer using user-centered data)
- Experience with accessibility (Section 508 and/or WCAG 2.0) a plus
- Knowledge of both Macs and PCs helpful
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required
