JR28559 IT TECHNOLOGIST

Responsible for the implementation and support of MES, ENG, DataNav and Reporting Systems
Deliver MES, ENG, DataNav and reporting systems services to defined Service Level Agreement
Work and contribute as a team member in MES team and Reporting team
Provide technical support to customers as needed for problem identification and resolution.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, developers, and infrastructure groups across all sites.
Communicate timely status of projects/incidents to the customers, group, and managers.
Participate discussion to ensure daily operations issues are address promptly and high quality resolution are provided to users.
Work with TM to identify ways to reduce escalations to L2, improving FLRR.
Responsible for MES 1.5 oncall support and responding to ERT support.
Collaborate closely with the WW MES, Engineering, DataNav and reporting members.
