**Job Description Summary**: Provide technical support to engineers by gathering, maintaining, compiling technical data such as laboratory test and engineering design changes. Contributes to generating test procedures, protocols and reports, product and graphic drawings. Perform routine testing and mathematical calculation using established formulas. Works under general supervision by following the operating procedures.

**Who We Are**

**Job Purpose**:
This is a new contract role to provide Technical support such as lab testing to engineers for Pharmaceutical System Business.

Provide technical support to engineers by gathering, maintaining, compiling technical data such as laboratory test and engineering design changes. Contributes to generating test procedures, protocols and reports, product and graphic drawings. Perform routine testing and mathematical calculation using established formulas. Works under general supervision by following the operating procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assists in developing test protocols and test procedures
- Designs and develops test fixtures required for assembly and testing
- Assists project leader / engineer in completing documentation required
- Generates test reports after completion of testing
- Liaises with suppliers for tooling and/or prototype fabrication and assembly
- Ensures proper housekeeping of R&D Lab
- Assist engineer to assemble and maintenance of the Design History File (DHF)
- Ensures proper design and development documentation as per ISO 13485/FDA QSR Quality System
- Ensure a safe, healthy and environmentally-friendly workplace by observing Company's procedures and ISO 14001 regulations. Actively involved in prevention, elimination of potential safety hazards and participation in activities which promotes recycling, replacement and reduction of resource materials.
- Follows BD's Global Product Development Systems (GPDS)
- Perform any other tasks as assigned

**Our Requirements**:

- With 0-2 years of experience. Training will be provided.
- Diploma in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering or any other equivalent study
- Location: Tuas with transport provided
