Central Singapore Royal Ocean Marine Full time

Responsible for managing the accounts payables function of the company
- Review and verify invoices and expense claims for accuracy and completeness
- Process payments to vendors and ensure timely payment
- Perform reconciliation of vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payables
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payables transactions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts payables
- Support other finance functions as needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts payables or related role
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
