**Marketing Coordinator (4 months contract)**

Our client, the world’s largest video sharing platform - is looking to drive responsible marketing across APAC and its platforms continuously. Given the growing complexity of the tech landscape, it is our duty to partner with key opinion leaders across the industry to ensure the policies and programs created not only inspire creators, audiences and users but sustain a healthy and trustworthy brand across APAC.

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting essential processes and content marketing programs that will help protect the platform's openness and strengthen the brand's reputation in the region.

Role:

- Support client’s web development processes and agency relationships to continue expanding the website in APAC, allowing users, creators and audiences to understand how the brand works and the policies.
- Assist in developing detailed marketing activity reports and metrics with supporting market research, forecasts, and competitive analyses for measuring program success.
- Support essential processes, communicate and liaise with global cross-functional teams on executing campaigns across the platform's different verticals.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, events, etc. and support coordination of requirements, establish contacts, develop schedules and assignments, and coordinate mailing lists.
- Facilitate internal communications for the brand (recurring newsletters), maintain team website, and lead bi-weekly syncs with global and country teams.

You:

- BA/BS degree preferred with a solid academic record
- 4+ years experience in either marketing, content marketing, project management or program management with a digital / tech-based product
- A strong understanding of key marketing processes such as product launches, etc.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, particularly in building relationships with cross-functional teams
- Acute attention to detail
- Experience managing both internal stakeholders and external partner agencies
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, especially as it relates to project prioritisation.
- Interest in the digital media ecosystem in Asia-Pacific, with strong motivation to learn
- Outstanding verbal and written English communications and presentations skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across JAPAC.
