Facilties Technician

**Responsibilities**: - Handle and manage M&E facilities (ACMV/ Electrical - lights, fitting, power point.) to ensure that the engineering facilities are maintained at the highest standards - Carry out maintenance works in accordance to maintenance schedule and monitor term contractors in their routine servicing works - Troubleshoot faults and carry out corrective maintenance to ensure that building equipment are inspected/tested to meet authorities’ requirements - Provides all aspects of engineering and technical services support to the Operations Team as well as attending to Tenant's requests, feedbacks and complaints on maintenance related matters **Requirements**: - NTC in Mechanical/Electrical/ facilities management. - Min 3 years relevant working experience in maintenance of M&E systems and building facilities - Possess a positive attitude, a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent team worker To Apply, kindly click on the **"APPLY NOW" **button **Staffking Pte Ltd (20C0358) | Jonathan Tan (R1440473)** **EA License No: 20C0358
