Test program Development for Digital, Power Management, RF & Mixed Signal Integrated
- Circuits (IC’s) using Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for wafer sort and packaged IC’s
- Design Test Hardware Load board and Probe Card
- Work closely with the design engineers on the first silicon debug, device characterization, test
- program bring up and production release activities
- Debug of digital test patterns and Device characterization across PVT (Process, Voltage and
- Temperature)
- Involve in production release, yield improvement and test time reduction
- Operation of Automatic Wafer Prober, Test Handler
- High level of collaboration and interaction with different Hardware, Product Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Foundry Engineering teams.

**Job Requirements**:

- Fresh Graduates from reputed Universities with Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering,
- Good Knowledge of Digital and Analog electronics, able to write scripts using Python is
- desired.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with desire to perform hands-on work within a lab environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and able to work independently
