**About the Management Trainee Programme**

In Private Wealth Management, we strive to deliver tailored solutions and provide bespoke services to Ultra High Net Worth clients. Your role serves as an important bridge between the portfolio managers and the clients. Our team is young and closely knitted that performs in a fast paced environment where tasks are to be executed with high precision.

Our 1-Year Management Trainee Programme is a holistic, structured learning and development journey designed to equip fresh graduates from Singapore’s polytechnics with the foundational skills, knowledge, and mindset needed for a successful career in finance.

This isn’t just a job—it’s a launchpad. Trainees will be exposed to all key areas of a boutique fund management firm, including client servicing, investment operations, regulatory compliance, and market research. You’ll be guided by seasoned professionals who are eager to mentor and invest in your growth.

**Programme Structure**

Duration: 12 months (Full-time)

Format: Rotational (across front, middle, and operational functions)

Mentorship: Direct coaching from department leads and senior managers

Career Opportunities: High-performing trainees may be offered permanent roles upon completion

**Key Learning Areas**

**1. Client & Relationship Management (Front Office Exposure)**
- Support Assistant Relationship Managers in managing ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) client portfolios
- Learn how to coordinate and execute client requests efficiently and professionally
- Understand trade lifecycle events and post-trade communications
- Assist in onboarding new clients and preparing investment documentation

**2. Middle Office & Operations**
- Gain insight into back-end processes essential for smooth trade execution
- Perform trade capture, reconciliation, and settlement across asset classes
- Liaise with brokers, custodians, and banks to ensure transaction accuracy
- Help enforce internal control checks and compliance reviews

**3. Investment Support & Research**
- Assist in conducting fundamental research across various asset classes
- Prepare briefing notes, performance summaries, and internal pitch materials
- Track and update market data for portfolio managers’ use
- Participate in internal investment meetings and discussions
