The Rogan Group, Inc. a Risk & Management Insurance Recruiting firm is assisting a national insurance brokerage client in recruiting a Broker for their Reps and Warranties unit. This is a close nit unit that is seeing large growth.

**Position Outline**:
**Title**: Broker

Marketing efforts, underwriting submissions, placements, review and M&A processes

Analyzes, tracks, and prepares reports about deal activity and team placements

Responsible for Marketing/Placement of Private Equity Clients

Manage client renewal and marketing process on assigned clients

Work with carriers to negotiate Property Placements for all Reps and Warranties

**Qualifications Client Executive**:
5+ years of experience in Commercial Insurance
2+ Years as a broker
3+ Years of Private Equity Experience is a Plus
P&C License required
CPCU, ARM, CIC or CISR designations a plus
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent software skills
Ability to self-manage
Entrepreneurial Spirit
Team Player

**Salary**: $155 - $200 + Bonus Depending on Experience
