**Responsibilities**:

- To support and implement project hazard management philosophy and basis of design in accordance with contract, project and MODEC company requirements.
- Capable of preparing calculations (such as fire water demand, etc.)/RFQ/Technical Bid analysis of Safety Consultants.
- To support throughout Bid-EPCI-Operation phases to assure the design implement Process/Tech. Safety principle to avoid any major accidental hazard during operation phase.
- To support Project and Manager to define, develop, and maintain MODEC concepts, philosophy, procedures, guidance.
- To support Process Safety in defining concepts, critical deliverables and deliver engineering deliverables of Process/Tech. Safety for the assigned project efficiently according to the specified technical requirements, timelines and budget.
- To support and assist in managing project resources, independently deal with and resolve all issues of the project, and provide guidance to the assigned team.
- To assist Project/Manager in arranging and facilitating Process Safety Steering Committee.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor in Chemical Engineering with minimum 7 - 12 years of relevant Process/Tech. Safety experience in similiar offshore/onshore Oil & Gas industry and/or related.
- Competent in understanding on Process/Tech. Safety inputs as well as accurate usage of data extraction sheet during preparation of Process Safety deliverables.
