- Lead the team in designing and developing internal systems that automate infrastructure provisioning.
- Understand, analyse and implement integrations to meet consumers’ needs and/or requirements.
- Oversee task delegation and training needs from the team’s technical competencies.
- Use Ansible, Docker, Terraform and other open source software to manage systems in production.
- Maintain basic operations, with the need to write scripts to automate system processes. Configure, maintain and extend custom monitoring solutions for incident response management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology/Engineering or relevant fields.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in Python server-side development and proficiency with Flask/Django.
- Knowledge in frontend development software such as React.js.
- Familiar with Linux OS and networking protocols.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in Linux OS is a plus.
- Possess prior team management experience, excellent team collaboration and communication skills, willingness to learn and share with others.
- Good communication skills, execution ability and strong sense of responsibility.
