Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for day-to-day visual inspection of food processing / finished goods to comply with the Company's required standard.
- Conduct checks on production raw materials, production, chiller trucks.
- Responsible for the compliance of products with the Company quality standards and procedures, customer specification and expectation and legal requirements.
- Responsible for reporting any non-compliance of products / process and timely reporting to the Manager.
- Guide and provide corrective actions to production leaders and crews, always strive for continuous improvement at the production area.
- Inspect and ensure overall personal and work environment hygiene meets the required standards.
- Checking and auditing of work processes and documents to ensure compliance.
- Ensure proper recording and documentation.
- Assist in the implementation of FSSC 22,000, Halal and SFA certifications.
- Assist the QA Manager for Quality related matters.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Education and Work Requirements:

- At least a Diploma in Applied Food Science or relevant field of study.
- At least 2 years of related working experience is required.
- Positive thinking and willingness to learn.
- Able to work in manufacturing and chilly environment handling fresh meat and processed food.
- Incumbents with more relevant experience will be considered for Senior Executive.
