**What You’ll Be Doing**:
You’ll take on a **dual role**combining classroom teaching and community programme support.

**On Weekends (Teaching)**:

- Conduct phonics and early literacy classes for children aged 18 months - 8 years
- Create engaging, age-appropriate learning activities
- Support daily operations and parent communication within a small, collaborative team

**On Weekdays (Community & Programme Work)**:

- Assist in planning and running literacy-focused outreach programmes
- Coordinate volunteers and liaise with social service partners
- Support fundraising, sponsorship and event coordination
- Handle basic administrative duties, records and reports

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
- Tuesday: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
- Friday: 9:45 am - 6:45 pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 am - 7:00 pm (includes 1-hour lunch break)

**Requirements**:

- **Singaporean**:

- **Diploma or Degree**in Early Childhood, Performing Arts, Psychology or related field
- Fresh graduates welcome (structured training provided)
- Prior teaching, tutoring or volunteering experience an advantage
- Strong English communication; additional languages an asset
- Positive attitude, enjoys working with children and families
- Team-oriented and adaptable to a dynamic environment
- Comfortable working **fully on-site**during operating hours
