As part of our team, you’ll analyse market trends, address challenges head-on, and present tailored solutions to meet diverse customer needs.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Manage the full sales cycle — from cold calling, canvassing and handling enquiries, to conducting presentations, preparing quotations, closing deals, and ensuring excellent after-sales support.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Oversee and coordinate projects after deal closure to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as technical and operations teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and executed effectively.
- Conduct site visits and meetings to assess requirements, verify measurements, and ensure alignment with project scope.
- Follow up with clients on outstanding payments in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay updated on market developments to identify trends and uncover new business opportunities.
- Consistently achieve individual sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Submit weekly sales reports via our in-house SAP system.
- Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
- Prior experience in the building industry is preferred.
- Existing network of architects and contractors is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- Possesses a valid Class 3 driving license and owns a vehicle.
- Resilient and adaptable; able to work in challenging site environments.
- Holds a strong belief in performance-based rewards: _the more you do, the more you get._
**Remuneration**
The salary package listed includes basic salary + commission + incentives.
