**Client Success Manager, GC and SEA**

**What you’ll do**
As a Client Success Manager, you’ll drive satisfaction, retention and growth across a portfolio of Emarsys clients. You’ll build long-term partnerships by understanding each client’s business objectives, marketing goals and challenges. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll show senior stakeholders how our technology can optimise customer engagement and marketing operations.

**What you bring**
- Proven track record in client success or account management within digital marketing or SaaS.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing best practice and a passion for technology.
- Ability to manage change, think strategically and make complex decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools, plus strong technical skills for product demos and integrations.

You’re self-motivated, collaborative and solution-oriented, with excellent organisational skills. Fluency in English is essential; other languages are a plus.
