**Who We Are Looking For?
As the Supply Chain Executive, he/she is responsible for all supply chain planning and other related responsibilities - which may include supply planning, inventory management, in-store-availability, order fulfilment, data analysis throughout order fulfilment process.

**What Awaits You?**
- Understand the process of forecasting and replenishment of finished good planning as well as concepts such as “safety stocks”, “working stocks” and “stock weeks cover” to maintain a healthy balance between over stock and out of stock
- Analyze and manage stock and purchase order related data effectively to achieve optimized allocation
- Working closely with buyers and stores to establish an efficient demand and supply process
- Generate and analyze of reports to support demand/forecast/supply information and make appropriate recommendations.
- Effective management of stock order and allocation, ensuring stock level across all stores are healthy and within established KPI - Post promotions recommendation of top-ups & Suggest new Min-max set up in Retek upon analysis of stock situation at stores
- Managing stock returns or rebalancing from stores and warehouse to mitigate SMS situation
- Ensure smooth coordination with relevant parties (Forwarders, Customs, Vendor, Warehouse etc)
- Assist in concourse coordination with ops team and warehouse
- To perform any other duties as assigned by ManagementParticipate in department’s continuous improvement program

**We Are Excited About You If You Have**:

- Diploma/ Degree in Supply Chain Management or a relevant discipline
- Minimum one year of relevant working experience in supply chain roles. Those with retail related experience will be an advantage.
- Able to work independently and in a team, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Analytical, take initiatives and ownership, process oriented,
- Self-driven, organized and able to work long hours when required
- Positive work attitude and able to work under pressure
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Good with systems and proficient in MS Office
- Good analytical skills and enjoy data mining/ report analysis
- Strong in demand planning and inventory analysis
- Strong in coordination and negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task and process drivenDigitally Inclined
