Singapore Leukemia and Lymphoma Foundation Full time

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Foundation is looking for a Senior Manager to lead our organization’s mission to provide support to patients with blood cancers towards achieving a cure.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the Corporate Governance framework, with timely updating of documentation for various work processes in consultation with stakeholders
- Develop a clear understanding of the Code of Governance and responsibilities of the organization as an Institution of a Public Character (IPC)
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, as well as compliance to internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements
- Manage office operations and administrative support services.
- Provide strategic advice and support to senior management on financial planning and operational efficiency.
- Oversee audit processes to ensure efficient and effective engagement with stakeholders.
- Track funding donations and expenses relating to patient services.
- Implement robust systems and processes to support day-to-day operations.
- Work with CEO to deliver regular management reporting at Board of Directors meetings.

**Work Experience and Competencies**
- Minimum 8 years’ working experience in non-profits, IPCs, Social Services, or related field.
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Have good working knowledge of Accounting Principles and practices, and other regulatory accounting guidelines is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities
- High level of integrity, accountability and analytical thinking.
- Ability to develop and regular update of web content for the Foundation’s website is an advantage.
