This position is only open to locals of Singapore, i.e. Singapore Citizens / Singapore PRs. _**Job Scope**:

- Handling of full set of accounts.
- HR Administration for monetary matters such as payroll, claims/reimbursements, and medical benefits.
- Preparation of monthly financials and statistics for the Board.
- Prepare the yearly Budget and monitor actual expenditure against budget.
- Track and report the usage of grants and subventions with respective grant users.
- Conduct annual review with the various departments on their budgets and financial projections.
- Oversee preparations and submission of annual records of donations to IRAS for IPC tax-deduction.
- Ensure adherence to organisation’s finance policies and SOPs guidelines and relevant government regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and mentor Finance Executive.
- Remuneration and grade will commensurate with relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.

**Requirements**:

- A **local polytechnic **diploma or degree in accounting or equivalent professional qualification, such as ACCA.
- At least 3 to 5 years of full-time work experience handling a complete set of accounts.
- Strong working understanding of Singapore's prevailing Charity Accounting Standards and financial requirements in the Code of Governance for Charities.

**Advantageous Attributes**:

- Previous full-time work experience in the local social service sector.
- CA (Singapore) designation.
