As an integral part of Infineon’s global corporate strategy development, we at the Strategy and M&A team in Singapore are focused on the Asia Pacific and are actively developing Infineon’s presence in key growth markets. We are looking for a talented, dynamic and highly motivated intern to support our ecosystem development / market research and strategy development activities.

In your new role you will:

- Undertake responsibilities that involve **desk and field research**:

- Conduct **data gathering and analysis**, and **development of strategic recommendations**on top-level strategy issues
- **Track and report**relevant macro-economic / policy / market / technology / competitor / customer and ecosystem developments
- **Conduct assessment**of competitor data / activities / organizational set-ups
- **Analyze market reports**of the semiconductor market segments relevant to Infineon

Internship learning outcomes:

- Gain **deep insights into the strategy function**of a EUR11bn, DAX-30 multinational company, with specific learnings related to the various Asia Pacific market segments for semiconductors and electronics whilst interacting with colleagues from various operational functions and cultures within an exciting and vibrant work environment
- Understand the **set-up of the SOCV team**in the semiconductor company
- Gain hands-on experience in several areas:

- **Project management,**working with team members across various locations and functions
- **Research and data gathering**through online and offline sources, including **desk research**and interactions with various stakeholders
- **Data analysis and correlation**with operational and strategic business outcomes
- **Development of strategic recommendations**and **preparation for reviews**with senior management

**Your Profile**
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Bachelor/Masters in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science or Economics / Business Administration
- Proficiency in **Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau**:

- Some familiarity with **LLM tools**:

- Strong **analytical skills**Able to work independently and proactively
