**The Company**

Our client is a European MNC leading in the logistic and supply chain industry with over 40 years of history and strong global presence. They are now expanding the Singapore regional office with great market shares gained and continuously rapid growth in APAC region within the past few years. They are now partnering with us to look for a Global Tax Manager to lead the global tax planning activities and provide project based tax advisory.

**The Role**

Reporting to Global Tax Director, you will provide a holistic tax advisory and tax planning for their global business. You will be highly involved in indirect tax and direct tax advisory and making sure the tax policies and compliance in place. On top of which, you will be driving transfer pricing and supporting tax investigation process. Most exciting part of the role is that you will also take part in business partnering with various international and local stakeholders and manage tax restructuring for some M&A projects.

**Your Profile**
- A qualified accountant with ACCA/CPA, with at least 8-10 years of accounting and tax exposure.
- Experience with transfer pricing background/M&A will be a bonus.
- Additionally, you must demonstrate effective communication skills and great leadership ability.
