**About The Client**

**Responsibilities**:
Main tasks will revolve around business analysis and end-to-end project management, including:

- Conducting business requirements gathering, analysis, improvement, and prioritization.
- Managing projects by planning, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
- Employing problem-solving techniques to identify, mitigate, and resolve issues.
- Participation in pre-sales and sales activities, including: Solutioning and proposing strategies, with a focus on planning, suggesting improvements, and enhancing presentations.
- Designing and developing proposals using MS PowerPoint.

**Requirements**:

- Min. of 2 years of working experience with an Insurance company (life, non-life or reinsurance), or Min. 2 years of experience as Business Analyst/ Project Management Consultant on insurance projects in a professional services setting.
- The consultant will be working on projects with diverse types of insurers with varying forms, must be well versed in end-to-end policy lifecycle and its peripherals.
- Ability to adapt and understand different business model, as ABeams client ranges from underwriting-results-based insurers to cash-flow-based insurers.
- Experience in IT implementation projects for an Insurance company or client.
- Ability to deliver projects on both Traditional and Agile project methodologies.
- Experience in digital-related projects or technologies in at least one of these areas: Business Intelligence/ Data Analytics, Robotics Process Automation, Digital Portals (sales, claims, etc.), and Policy Administration System
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and soft skills, including effective communication with clients and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Possess personal attributes such as creativity, positive thinking, quick learning, imagination, leadership, judgment, maturity, curiosity, strong interpersonal skills, professional integrity, and proactivity.
- Confident in communicating and presenting at a business level to MNC clients.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint
