HR & Finance Executive

Singapore VITAKIDS PTE. LTD. Full time

Handle full spectrum of HR duties including payroll, recruitment, staff orientation, leave management, compensation and benefits, staff appraisal, training and employee relations.
- Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee’ record for accurate reporting.
- Develop, review, update and implement HR policies and procedures, and ensure HR practices comply.
- Execute employee engagement activities or event. e.g., company annual dinner and employee wellness programs.
- Maintain company level data protection policies and processes.
- Provide day-today general administration and clerical duties.
- Procure and upkeep office supplies including vendor sourcing for pantry supplies and stationery for office use.
- Manage office petty cash claims and reimbursement.
- Assist in monthly account closing and audit.
- Assist Finance department on ad-hoc duties assigned.
- Other related tasks or projects assigned by manager.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess initiative and be results-oriented.
- Meticulous and high accuracy in work assigned.
- Good analytical skills and have an eye for details.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment independently.
