**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance operations
- Monitor service schedules and ensure adherence to SLAs and maintenance budgets
- Support efforts to enhance system reliability, maintainability, and availability
- Ensure compliance with contractual and technical standards
- Prepare and submit monthly maintenance reports
- Attend client meetings to uphold service standards in line with company QMS
- Coordinate with vendors for material procurement and raise purchase orders
- Supervise and support technical engineers and technicians; identify training needs
- Oversee subcontractor work to ensure timely and professional service delivery
- Prepare and conduct refresher training for clients annually
- Enforce workplace safety procedures and maintain site housekeeping standards
- Contribute to efforts to improve staff efficiency and team performance
- Maintain and update departmental records (e.g., training logs, performance reviews)
- Communicate departmental KPIs to team members
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions to recurring issues
- Perform risk assessments for tasks and processes

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Knowledge of Singapore’s security and surveillance industry and technologies
- **Familiarity with ICT platforms, CCTV systems, and network-based sensors**:

- Skills in customer service, technical support, and people management
- Strong foundation in IT, IP networking, and network security solutions
- Ability to train and guide technical teams
- Certification in Project Management is a plus

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- **At least 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in security/surveillance maintenance**:

- Strong technical understanding of in-house systems and solutions
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Class 3 driving license is an advantage
