**Functional Consultant (L3, L4)**

**Primary Skill Sets**
- Good understanding of Payments processing lifecycle, Payment systems like - ACH, RTGS, Real time, Cross border.
- Experience of ISO 20022 migration - SWIFT transformation of MT to MX worldwide for all banking payment & non-payment messages.
- Experience in Payments Engines/ Payments integration layers/ Payments Channels/Bulk Payments
- Creation of Functional and Design Documents.
- Documenting Business Requirements/mapping process steps in detail.
- Ability to manage global and regional senior stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management & communication skills.
- Perform User Acceptance testing of product features and enhancements.
- Produce User Documentation including user guides, system configuration documents, business process workflows, etc.
- Strong communicator and be able to drive independent workshops.
- 2+ / 5+ years of relevant experience.

**Additional Skills**:

- Experience in domestic payment networks in APAC countries like India, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, etc.
- Experience in Flexcube Core Banking.

**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**

Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.

Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
