**Responsibilities**:

- The Civil/Structural Supervisor shall perform construction supervision, site coordination and monitoring to manage and ensure all the Subcontractors civil and structural activities at site are carried out safely and according to project requirement and technical specifications.
- The Civil/Structural Supervisor shall also execute site quality inspections and testing verifications for civil/structural work scope quality assurance and control.
- Reporting to Project/Construction Team the status and compliance of the civil/structural activities at site highlighting criticality to safety, quality and schedule.
- Carry out construction supervision, monitoring and coordination for all civil and structural works at site ensuring safe work practices/procedures implementation and compliance to quality and resource allocation plan and schedule.
- Perform site risk assessment in every task to be done during pre-task talk ensuring safe work conditions and performance on daily basis.
- Perform site coordination with other performing discipline for smooth and safe work interface and simultaneous operations.
- Ensure that work is implemented in accordance with Project Standard/ Specifications, Site Quality Plan/ITP. Document any non-conformances observed and follow-up propose resolutions for immediate closure and record.
- Participate in all safety undertakings at site like tool-box, periodical safety drill and safety walk observation/surveillance as required

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent with Min 5 years of working experience in Oil and Gas/Petrochemical facility construction handling
- civil/structural supervision, coordination and inspection/testing for concrete, rebar, structural erection, preferably with micro piling / jack-in piling works back ground.
- Familiar and conversant with International Standards/Codes, such as, ACI, ASTM, BS and Singapore Code of Practice.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate to people of all levels
- Prior experience with H2 Electrolyser plant project would be an advantage.
