**Job Description**:
Outdoor School Singapore works with schools, parents and organisations to extend children learning beyond the four walls of a regular classroom. This multi-sensory experience with nature, brings our young explorers through an enjoyable, creative and adventurous learning journey helping them grow as confident and responsible global citizens who value and appreciate our natural environment.

As an adjunct instructor, you will leave your mark as an educator towards our participants, paving the way for them to truly appreciate nature while learning more about themselves and interacting with those around them

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement the activities in accordance to the guidelines, framework and philosophy of the company
- Flexible and possess the ability to respond effectively to their working conditions
- Facilitate activities and multi-day trips at various locations within Singapore (this may also include weekends, from time to time)
- Be a role-model and forge strong relationships with the students
- Maintain good relationships with parents
- Conduct risk-assessment to ensure student’s safety
- Attend all instructor training sessions
- Clean, maintain and prepare equipment and logistics

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience in Early Childhood, Sports or Outdoor Education would be advantageous
- Possess prior experiences as an instructor/educator/trainer, preferably with young children
- Exhibit classroom management skills and the ability to motivate and engage children
- Keen interest in outdoor adventure activities
- Comfortable with facilitating outdoor activities to young children
- Commit to the entire duration of each programme
- Available to start work within one month’s notice
