About the role

The **Recruitment Consultant **role is both client
- Articulate our value proposition and identify business opportunities through network and outreach;
- Generate and qualify leads, perform sales prospecting and pitching in order to acquire new clients;
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through the delivery of exceptional service;
- What you have
- Tertiary education in any discipline with preferably with at least two years of work experience in a business development, talent acquisition or agency recruitment role;
- Curiosity and drive for knowledge, with an interest in technology and changes in the working world;
- Empathy, sincerity and integrity, with the ability to connect meaningfully with people from various career levels;
- Ability to build executive rapport with C-level client stakeholders;
- Good level of perception, able to conduct own research to find answers;
- Coachable attitude and ambition toward continual professional development and self-improvement;
- Tenacity and resilience, ability to stay optimistic and self-motivated in the face of challenges;
- Sense of initiative, and the ability to work with a certain level of ambiguity;
- Good command of English, and excellent professional communication skills.
