**Responsibilities**
- Remote/onsite support and resolution to hardware and software issues involving end-user desktops/notebooks, client’s network.
- Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot desktop systems and associated peripherals.
- Preparation of desktop/notebook system image.
- Perform file backup, migration and restoration for end-users’ desktops/notebooks.
- Perform inventory management of software licenses, hardware, and other IT peripherals.
- User account management (Account creation, deletion, modification and reset password in accordance to Customer’s process and procedures).
- Setting up accounts for new users

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies such as TCP/IP networking.
- Experience in troubleshooting of Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Internet Browser, Network connectivity, MS-Office, VPN client etc.
