**Responsibilities**:

- Visual Merchandising _
- Proposes and executes in-store displays that convey a consistent brand story, in line with the Annual Merchandising Calendar.
- Optimises sell-through of buys with effective visual merchandising implementation that aligns with the company's brand strategy.
- Supports Manager in creating a visual merchandising strategy and guidelines, and work with store teams to ensure the VM is always upkept.
- Store Operations _
- Using understanding of key commercial drivers by store to ensure regular replenishment of merchandise.
- Ensures all products sent to the store have been created in the POS system and barcoded.
- Training of store teams on relevant SOPs and product assortment.
- Support in the creation of establishment and maintenance of efficient operational processes across all stores, including POS and store maintenance.
- Supports the store team to resolve reported issues, such as customer complaints about merchandise.
- Conducts monthly store stocktake exercises and investigate loss and discrepancies.
- Collaborations and Supplier Relations _
- Identify new business opportunities, including new brands, products trends and marketing opportunities.
- Works with OEM partners and Central Kitchen to innovate PV Foods.
- Reporting _
- Prepares a weekly VM/Replenishment report for each store visit.
- Tracks Cash Voucher redemptions by stores on a monthly basis.
- Prepares month-end stocktake reports for 6 stores.
- Seasonal _
- Ideates and sources hamper contents to meet corporate and seasonal needs.
- Ensures finished hampers are prepared and ready for delivery to customer.
- E-Commerce _
- Ensures products are well-represented on e-commerce site via online product styling
- Supports e-commerce order fulfilment as needed

**Requirements**:

- Ideally 4-5 years of previous experience in a Retail Operations capacity or similar.
- Basic competency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Basic Merchandising knowledge - understands sales reporting, sell-through, sales contributions.
- Competent in using data to guide decision making.
- Personable nature, comfortable with speaking to different groups of people.
- Able to think creatively, explore boundaries, but still align to Brand.
- Strong work ethic.
