**About the role**

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee our SaaS product portfolio and lead systems integration/implementation initiatives across our technology ecosystem. This role will be instrumental in ensuring seamless connectivity between our various tools and platforms while optimizing our SaaS investments (included but not limited to Oracle NetSuite, Zendesk, )

This role is based in Singapore and reports directly to the VP of Products.

**As a Project Manager, you will**:

- Lead end-to-end implementation of system integration projects, ensuring on-time delivery and measurable business impact
- Develop and execute detailed project plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations
- Design and implement technical solutions to connect our various SaaS platforms and internal systems
- Hands-on configuration of integration points between systems
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to project delivery, maintaining momentum throughout implementation
- Serve as the critical link between technical teams and business stakeholders during implementation
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all system integrations
- Monitor system performance and optimize integrations for reliability, scalability, and efficiency
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows through improved system connectivity
- Drive continuous improvement based on user feedback, metrics, and evolving business needs

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management with focus on SaaS products and systems integration
- Knowledge of API integrations, data flows, and SaaS platforms (Zendesk, NetSuite, Salesforce or similar)
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and healthcare industry (a plus)
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- PMP certification is a plus
- Strong ownership mentality, adaptability to change, and comfort with ambiguity in a startup environment
