**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders and ensure accuracy in processing their requests.
- Provide information about the menu and offer recommendations when necessary.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, or concerns in a calm and positive manner.

**Food Preparation and Handling**:

- Assist in the preparation and serving of food items in line with stall procedures and food safety guidelines.
- Ensure that all food items are served fresh and presented attractively.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards during food handling.

**Stall Maintenance and Organization**:

- Ensure the stall is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Clean tables, counters, and the serving area regularly to maintain a neat environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking food items and supplies as necessary.
- Help set up and close the stall at the beginning and end of each shift.

**Cash Handling and Order Processing**:

- Assist with cash handling and processing customer payments accurately.
- Ensure that cash registers and payment systems are used correctly, and provide customers with receipts.
- Maintain proper documentation for sales and inventory records.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in customer service or food handling is preferred, but not required.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Team player with a willingness to assist with various tasks.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift light items as required.
