Job summary
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a highly reliable, scalable, low-cost infrastructure platform in the cloud that powers hundreds of thousands of enterprise, government, and start-up business and organizations globally.
The AWS Marketing Response Center (MRC) team is seeking an experienced software engineer to join our team. In MRC, we learn from our customers, understand their needs, and educate them on the benefits of AWS and the services we offer. We are running a strategic project which leverages artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) to transform the traditional customer engagement into a personalized experience that makes it easy to onboard prospects and customers onto the AWS Cloud.
In this role, you will build components of a new customer engagement system that runs on the latest AWS technologies. To be successful in it, you need to be familiar with natural language processing technologies and possess a working knowledge of digital marketing domain. You are expected to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, maintainable software that solves new and difficult problems. You will contribute across the software stack, including back end services, front end components, and applied machine learning.

- Experience with NoSQL databases
- Experience with a modern front end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue

- Ability to work both independently on ambiguous problems and in highly collaborative team environments
