**Responsibilities**:

- To check and ensure the quality of vehicle leaving the work bay (IPQC) and workshop.
- Work with Workshop Supervisor to maintain workshop and gov EH&S requirements.
- To maintain workshop standards of cleanliness and tidiness.
- Ensure on time delivery of repair vehicle.
- To maintain own labour Productivity, Utilization and OT/Hrs sold.
- Ensure all Body respray work is carries out by using TMC standard or Paint Manufactures Repair manner.
- Contribution of Kaizen Idea.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in the industry.
- Certified with Toyota TEAM Paint **Step 1**-3**.
- Strong technical knowledge and skill on Paint Application, Dry Sanding techniques, Plastic (PU) parts and complete car painting, replicate ‘OEM’ surf texture and fine-colour mixing pearlescent.
- Excellent work relation with MCA and Workshop Supervisor to resolve customer issue.
- Valid Driving License.
