Singapore HPB Health Promotion Board Full time

Strategic Planning & Collaborations Division drives and guides the Board's direction in ensuring good health of the population by identifying strategic thrusts, providing evidence-informed recommendations and establishing strategic collaborations, locally and internally. This is to achieve HPB's vision of making Singapore a nation of healthy people, and itself being recognised as a local and international authority on health promotion.

As Manager (Collaborations), the job holder develops relationships and coordinates interactions with HPB’s international collaboration partners, including WHO and overseas health promotion foundations, for learning opportunities, benchmarking as well as to profile HPB’s thought leadership where appropriate. Job holder will also be asked to oversee some aspects of HPB’s strategic/ corporate planning work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prioritise key collaboration partners for knowledge exchange, benchmarking and research
- Profile HPB’s thought leadership at local and international platforms, such as conferences, training programmes and visits
- Drive and manage study visits for the organisation
- Drive and manage relationships with the respective internal divisions pertaining to corporate and division level strategy and KPIs
- To analyse and scrub through Senior Management and Board presentations on Board’s strategic narratives including 5 Year Strategic Plan and annual work plans

**Job Requirements**
- Qualifications preferably in public health, international relations, economics, or social sciences
- Minimum 3 years handling international and or collaboration work
- Preferably with 3 years of HPB and/or public health experience
- Highly motivated, with a strong sense of initiative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and integrative skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage people at all levels and work effectively both as an individual contributor and in a team setting.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
